1969 – Dong Mao Electric was founded in Taipei, focusing on motor repair and manufacturing.
1971 – Renamed TORMO ELECTRIC LTD.
1980 – Factory relocated to the Tucheng Industrial District.
1982 – Began manufacturing agricultural dryers.
1983 – Began producing elevator door motors.
1992 – Started production of cross-flow fans.
1993 – Launched elevator door controllers.
1995 – Capital increased to NT$10 million; renamed TORMO ELECTRIC CO., LTD., specializing in industrial automation components, system integration, and electromechanical solutions.
